The end of the season is drawing near. LC has a Mid-MO meet on Wednesday (5/2/07) this week and the big rivalry meet between our Lewis and Clark Trailblazers and the Thomas Jefferson Patriots, The Run for the Red Baton, takes place on Tuesday (5/8/07) the following week.

Track & Field: Lewis and Clark results

The Lewis and Clark seventh graders won a combined eight events Tuesday at the Mid-Missouri Relays.

Shelby Mustain was a double-winner on the girls side, taking first in the shot put (35-1 1/2) and discus (76-1). Other girls winners were Deborah Martin (75-meter hurdles, 12.63), Lauren Reeves (triple jump, 26-6 1/2) and Jennifer O'Dell (pole vault, 5-9).

Boys winners included Carter Stephenseon (100-meter hurdles, 18.68), Joel Stanley (1600-meter run, 5:47.71), and Matt Shinn (shot put, 32-3).

MS Relays - Prelims and Field Events

Don't forget the MS Relays Prelims and Field Events are scheduled for today (4/26/07) at 6pm at Thomas Jefferson Middle School (TJMS) followed by the JC Middle School Relays tomorrow (4/27/07) at TJ on Friday at 3pm.
