3rd Note from Coach (Plays and Order Form Not Attached to Post)

September 14, 2005

Hello again parents and players. Well, I am proud of the Grey Team children, I can say that we didn’t do too bad for only having two practices. I know there were some parents upset and let me apologize if you did not think your child played enough time, everyone did play some. I can see that things need to change so here are the changes. Starting with this practice we will divide the team so that 11 children play offense and 11 children play defense. They will play those positions for the first half of a game and then at half-time they will switch, (offense will play defense and vise versa) that way everyone gets to learn both sides. Also I have added a couple more plays that are attached to this letter. Your child needs to study these plays (as well as the other ones) and know where he/she is suppose to be and what they are suppose to do during a play.

Every child must have a helmet, mouthpiece and chin strap by practice on Monday the 19t If your child does not have the equipment then he/she will not be allowed to play. Also during practice the children will be encouraged to wear their helmets at all times (except when getting water) to get used to it. buring the games the children must have the mouthpiece in their mouth and chin strap snapped at all times while on the field.

At our next game, Sept, 20 they will be taking team and individual pictures. Attached to this letter is your order form. The cost $9 for the basic individual and team pictures. Everyone needs to be at the field at 6:00 pm. We will meet at the concession stand.

For snacks each parent should bring drinks and snacks for 6 children each unless the parents have talked and worked out another system. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Sincerely,
Gil & Galen Flores
